PHASE 03 · INTEGRATE

CCO Intelligence Platform Integration.

Integration installs the operational intelligence layer — configuring your redesigned workflows into role-based infrastructure so the model runs, and is observed, across every residence.

Service Overview
PHASE 03 · 2026
Phase 03 · The Purpose

Integration installs the operational intelligence layer.

This is not generic software onboarding. The redesigned operating model has to run in daily practice across every shift and residence — consistently, without depending on memory. Integration configures that model into role-based infrastructure so it executes and stays visible.

The condition entering this phase

The operating model is defined, but it still lives on paper. It now has to be executed the same way on every shift, in every residence, without relying on the people who happen to remember it.

The work CCO performs

CCO configures the redesigned workflows into the CCO Intelligence Platform, connecting frontline documentation, incident reporting, shift activity, staff communication, management review, follow-up actions, Organizational Health, and executive visibility into one environment.

How the roles connect

Frontline execution flows through the Staff Portal, into the Management Hub for review, action, and accountability, and up into the Operations Console for cross-residence intelligence and strategic oversight — with administrative controls governing access and configuration.

The leadership decision enabled

Leadership can see, in real time, whether the redesigned model is actually being executed — and act on evidence rather than on the last thing they were told.

How it connects to Sustain & Scale

Once the layer is live, Phase 04 uses its signals to govern the model over time — turning continuous activity into ongoing operational intelligence.

Why this is not a bolt-on tool

The platform is configured around your operating model, not the other way around. It is the operational intelligence layer of the transformation — the phase where the methodology gains a continuous operational presence.
